RESHAPING HISTORY Chinart from 2000 to 2009: Group Exhibition curated by Lu Peng, Zhu Zhu and Gao Qianhui, China National Convention Center, Beijing, China

“Reshaping History: Chinart 2000-2009″ is a massive undertaking of an exhibition organized by curators Lu Peng, Zhu Zhu and Gao Qianhui (Taiwan) on public display in three venues around Beijing. The display guarantees to be an instant overview of contemporary art works created in China, featuring a wide range of media from ink painting and works on paper to video and sculpture installations by both established and emerging artists who represent the depth and diversity of contemporary Chinese art. Originally the artist list was limited to 100 artists, but rapidly increased to over 250 in the last few months of preparation.
