The project is the exhibition project of young curators support plan organized by the Ministry of Culture for the purpose of probing into how contemporary Asian artists in development make use of artistic language to find out the mode of making conversation with the West and the whole world, how to inherit oriental spirit with traditional context and how to grow in contemporary context. As the clue of methodology at the exhibition this time, “Object” demonstrates the representation of artists towards material, space, dimension and the ego relation in artistic language. At the exhibition, the works of contemporary art form including painting, appliance, image, sculpture and etc. will be on display. The artists involved in the exhibition have advanced conception, rich imagination, and delicate observation. Through unique artistic language, how contemporary artists integrate the inheritance of indigenous culture with the absorption and the development of western culture is conveyed.
