Armory Show Art Fair 2016

Ahead of Aijing first solo show at the Marlborough Gallery in November 2016, the artist's newest work I Love Color #16 will be presented during the Armory Show at the Marlborough Gallery booth.

I Love Color #16 is the newest work from the series I Love Color which is AIJING's iconic series with the first work made in 2012. The series construct on the symbolism of the word LOVE and the memories of colors from childhood, past experiences and each lives one person will have in a lifetime. Since the first showcase of the I Love Color #1 during I LOVE AIJING exhibition at the National Museum of China in Beijing (in which it garnered much support) others works from the series have gain momentum being selected for AIJING's solo shows in Shanghai National Art Museum in 2014 and Veneranda Biblioteca Ambrosiana in Milan,2015. Since then such works have entered collection by western and eastern collectors, the #9 sold at Christies First Open in March 2015.
